Manitou Park Lake Information (including maps, photos and videos) near Woodland Park, CO

Manitou Lake Recreation Area is located approximately 5 miles north of Woodland Park along Colorado Highway 67. Manitou Park Lake, the scenic 5-acre reservoir, offers a family-friendly setting for fishing, picnicking, and easy walks along the North Loop Trail and the Lake Loop Trail.

The recreation area includes shoreline fishing access, fishing docks, trails, picnic tables, fire grates, and trash receptacles. Nearby campgrounds provide overnight accommodations, but camping is not permitted within the Manitou Lake picnic and day-use area itself. A day-use fee is required.

The Manitou Park Lake Trail is on POCKET PALS Trail Map #12 in the Pikes Peak Region Series.  The other trails included on Map #12 are Avenger Claim Loop, Centennial, Lovell Gulch Loop, Mule Creek, Red Rocks Park Loop, Red Rocks (#708), S. Missouri Gulch Loop, Soldier Mountain, Trail 717A (Skelton Ridge).
