Torreys Peak - Route Map 

Torreys Peak is located along the Continental Divide,  as well as the division between Clear Creek County and Summit County in Colorado. Torreys Peak is very close to another fourteener, Grays Peak.  Torrey's Peak is at an elevation of 14,267 feet. 

The first man to ascend Torreys Peak, botanist Charles C. Parry, named the peak for his botanist colleague John Torrey in 1861.
