Devil's Playground Trail #753 (formerly 664A) - Pikes Peak via the Crags Trail

The Devil’s Playground Trail #753, formerly designated Trail #664A, provides access to the summit of Pikes Peak from the mountain’s northwest side.

Also known as the Northwest Slopes Route, the trail begins at the Crags Trailhead on Forest Service Road 383, reached from Colorado Highway 67, and initially shares the route used to access the Crags rock formations.

The Devil's Playground Trail is on POCKET PALS Trail Map #6 in the Pikes Peak Region series. The other trails on Map #6 are: Bottomless Pit, Cascade Creek, Elk Park (Trail 652), Barr Trail, Severy Creek, and Trail 331.

All Pocket Pals Trail Maps offer very detailed information for each trail, including: trail distances, allowed trail uses, difficulty levels, elevation profiles, total ascent/descent, directions to the trailhead, trailhead longitude and latitude, and waypoints (landmarks along each trail).
